Since there’s a constant change of the amount of games within that time frame, the LGP can change drastically from day to day. Please be aware that also connection issues are accounted for, because the system can differentiate between intentionally disconnecting your internet and technical issues.
If no ongoing games are left within the last 30 days your LGP will go down to 0% again. The support sees the same numbers you see and can’t manually change it for you.
