At GamePoint we thoroughly test and retest all our releases before they go public to make sure there are no bugs in the game. Even with all the care we take to prevent this from happening, there is always a possibility a bug ends up in one of our releases.

If you are unable to make a move and your game appears to be stuck, you can report it as a bug to our development team so we can look and improve the game and your gaming experience.

Please include as much information about the issue as possible. The more details we have the better. Our team will investigate the contents of the report, and reports that lead to a fix will be rewarded with free Coins.

You can submit a bug by clicking on your avatar within the game, select ‘Help’ and click on ‘Submit a bug’. Please keep in mind that the feature is solely meant for reporting in-game bugs.
