If you are unable to open your Chest when the timer expires, then it is likely that you have encountered a bug. At GamePoint we thoroughly test and retest all our releases before they go public to make sure there are no bugs in the game. Even with all the care we put to prevent this from happening, there is always a possibility a bug ends up in one of our releases.
Submitting a bug
If you encounter a bug or glitch in the game, you can report it to our development team so we can investigate the issue and improve your gaming experience.
Please include as much information about the issue as possible. The more details we have the better. Our team will investigate the contents of the report, and reports that lead us to a fix will be rewarded with free Coins.
