Royaldice offers several unique game modes—whether you're looking for extra strategy with Topdown Mode, more excitement with Triple Mode, or the blend of Royaldice and Bingo. Tournaments and Party Mode add even more competition and variety. There's a mode for every type of player, so jump in and try them all!
Triple-mode
Triple-mode is similar to Normal mode but with three times the excitement! Instead of filling just one row on the scorecard, you can fill in three rows. Here’s how it works:
- First Row: Scores are calculated normally.
- Second Row: Scores are doubled.
- Third Row: Scores are tripled. You can fill in any of the rows at any time, without needing to complete the first row before moving on to the second or third. Bonus points on the top half of the scorecard are also doubled and tripled accordingly. Triple the fun, triple the challenge!
Topdown-mode
Topdown Mode adds a layer of strategy by requiring players to fill in their scores from top to bottom on the scorecard. Here’s how it works:
- Players must start at the top with the 1’s and proceed downward to Chance.
- If you roll a Royaldice (five of a kind), you can immediately fill it in the Royaldice cell before continuing with your normal game progression.
- If luck is not on your side, don’t worry! You can always fill in your score in the Chance cell once during the game. This mode adds an extra challenge, making it perfect for players who want to spice things up!
Bingo-mode
Bingo Mode is a unique combination of Royaldice and Bingo, where players receive a Bingo card and claim Bingos by submitting specific Royaldice score combinations in the correct fields. Here’s what to expect:
- Regular Bingo patterns (except for the full card) are valid. A 3x3 card allows for 8 possible Bingos: 3 horizontal, 3 vertical, and 2 diagonal.
- The score calculation is the same as in Normal mode. However, if you submit a zero in a square, that square no longer contributes to any potential Bingos.
- If a valid score results in a Bingo, extra points are awarded for each Bingo made.
Tournaments
Tournaments in Royaldice feature a competitive bracket system with 8 players competing over 3 rounds: Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Finals. Here’s what you need to know:
- Join a Tournament: Choose your stake and join. You can start your first match whenever you’re ready.
- Play Multiple Tournaments: You can participate in several tournaments at once, giving you the flexibility to switch between games.
- Compete in Rounds: Face opponents in three stages, and the best players advance to the next round. If there’s a tie, both players are eliminated.
- Claim Rewards: Earn rewards based on your final placement after winning or losing the tournament.
- Win Big: Higher placement means better rewards, with First and Second Place offering the largest payouts.
Party-mode
Party mode is a fun and competitive mode within Royaldice. You compete with every player in your room at the same time to get the highest score in the game. Only the top 5 players will receive a reward. Here are the details:
- Play simultaneously: All players try to maximize their points to break into the top 5.
- Competition: Each round counts, so give your best to reach the top!
- Rewards: The best players of the party receive fantastic prizes. Show what you can do!
