When you encounter a situation where there are no more balls coming out of the canister it is highly likely you will see a blue Wi-Fi symbol appearing in the bottom right corner of the screen. When the Wi-Fi symbol is shown, it indicates that you have (briefly) lost connection to the game. Once connection has been re-established balls should start rolling in again, sometimes multiple at the same time.

Having a steady internet connection is very important to play online games. Momentarily losing your connection can result in missing specific game information and trigger a lost-connection overlay or blue Wi-Fi symbol. The stability of your connection is more important than the speed of your connection. If the connection becomes unstable you might lose connection to the game.
