Activating auto-buy will automatically buy new cards after the current round is done. This means that if you are playing in an Automatic room you can sit back and relax while the game continues. It will stop buying cards once you leave the room, when you stop it manually or when you have no Coins left to play with. It will never automatically buy cards once you left the room or have logged off!
