If you see an error such as ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS, "This page isn’t working", or a message indicating that GamePoint, the multiplayer social gaming network redirected you too many times, your browser is likely stuck in a redirect loop. This is usually caused by outdated or conflicting cookies stored in your browser.

To fix this, you'll need to clear your browser's cookies for GamePoint. Please note that clearing cookies will log you out of the website, so you'll need to sign in again afterwards.

Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Brave

  1. Open your browser and click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click Privacy and security in the left-hand menu.

  4. Select Delete browsing data.

  5. Set the time range to All time.

  6. Make sure Cookies and other site data is selected. You can also select Cached images and files for a more thorough cleanup.

  7. Click Delete data.

  8. Close and reopen your browser.

  9. Go to http://www.gamepoint.com and log in again.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the three lines (☰) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click Privacy & Security in the left-hand menu.

  4. Scroll down to Browsing Data.

  5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

  6. Choose All Time as the time frame.

  7. Select Cookies and Site Data as well as Temporary cached images and files.

  8. Click Clear.

  9. Go to http://www.gamepoint.com and log in again.

  • Try a different browser to see if the problem is specific to the browser you use.

  • Try an incognito/private window as this uses a clean session without stored cookies.
