If you want to view your current or previous sanctions, you can check your sanction history in your Account Settings. There, you can see all sanctions that have been applied to your account, including the type of sanction, the date and time it was issued, its duration, and the reason for the sanction.
On Web (Desktop)
Go to www.gamepoint.com.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Click Account.
Select Sanctions.
You will see an overview of all sanctions you have received, including the type, date, time, duration, and reason.
On Mobile (iOS & Android)
Unfortunately, sanction history is not available in the mobile app. To view your sanction history, visit www.gamepoint.com and navigate to Account > Sanctions.
What types of sanctions are there?
Silence
A silence prevents you from sending messages in any of our chats.
Ban
A ban prevents you from accessing the game.
Why is my account sanctioned or banned?
GamePoint is a social online platform where people play games together. Our goal is to create a fun and friendly environment where friendships can grow and everyone feels at home. For that reason, we do not tolerate inappropriate behavior on our platform. If you engage in such behavior, this may result in a temporary or permanent sanction. The specific reason for the sanction you have received can be found in your sanction history, accessible through the website. We do not enter into discussions about the reason for or duration of a sanction.
