If your game is loading slowly, showing blank images, or closing unexpectedly, refreshing the app may help. Don't worry. Your account, purchases, and saved progress will stay safe.
How to Refresh the App
Open Settings.
Tap General.
Tap iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).
Select your GamePoint game.
Tap Offload App.
Tap Reinstall App.
Open the game again.
Good to Know
The first time you open the game, it may take a little longer to load.
This is normal while the game downloads the files it needs.
Your account, purchases, and saved progress are not affected.
If the problem continues, restart your device and make sure you have the latest version of the game installed.
