Sometimes your browser stores outdated files that can cause games to load incorrectly or display outdated information. Clearing your browser cache can often resolve these issues. Your saved passwords and login sessions will remain unaffected.
Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Brave
Open your browser and click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click Privacy and security in the left-hand menu.
Select Delete browsing data.
Set the time range to All time.
Make sure only Cached images and files is selected.
Click Delete data.
Close and reopen your browser.
Launch the game and check if the issue is resolved.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox and click the three lines (☰) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click Privacy & Security in the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data....
Uncheck Cookies and Site Data and make sure only Cached Web Content is selected.
Click Clear.
Close and reopen Firefox.
Launch the game and check if the issue is resolved.
