How Do I Request a Refund?

We understand that accidental purchases or payment issues can sometimes happen. At GamePoint, we aim to handle refund requests fairly, clearly, and as quickly as possible.

Because purchases on GamePoint usually involve instant delivery of digital content such as Coins, memberships, and in-game items, refunds are only possible in certain situations. Every request is reviewed individually by our team.

General refund policy

  • Refunds are only possible in specific situations

  • All digital goods (Coins, items, memberships) are delivered instantly after purchase

  • Once digital content has been used or consumed, refunds are generally no longer possible

When can a refund be considered?

Refund requests may be reviewed in situations such as:

  • An accidental or unintended purchase

  • A duplicate payment

  • Purchased content that has not been used

Each refund request is evaluated individually by our team.

VIP / SuperVIP memberships

  • Memberships are not prolonged automatically

  • Refund eligibility may depend on local laws and regulations

In general:

  • Refunds may be possible within one week after purchase if you did not make extensive use of membership bonuses

  • An administration fee of $4 (or local equivalent) may apply

  • After one week, memberships are generally no longer refundable

Chargebacks and payment disputes

A chargeback happens when you ask your payment provider (bank, PayPal, Apple, Google, etc.) to reverse a payment.

Before opening a dispute or chargeback, we strongly recommend contacting our Support team first so we can review the situation together.

Please note:

  • Chargebacks can delay the handling of your case

  • They may temporarily restrict your Account

  • They can also limit our ability to provide further assistance

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact our Support team and include the following information:

  • Payment ID, Order number, or Transaction ID

  • Purchase details (date and amount)

  • The reason for your refund request

Providing complete information helps us review your request as quickly as possible.
