When reporting a bug, please provide as much detail as possible. The more information you share, the easier it is for our development team to reproduce and investigate the issue. Bug reports that lead to a confirmed fix may be rewarded with free Coins.

To submit a bug report:
Click your avatar in the game.
Select Help.
Click Submit a bug.
Please note that this feature is intended exclusively for reporting in-game bugs.
Mobile app
The Submit a bug feature is not available in the mobile app.
If you encounter a bug while playing on mobile, please contact our Helpdesk and provide as much information as possible. Detailed reports help our development team investigate and resolve issues more effectively.
When reporting a bug, please include:
A clear description of the issue.
The steps you took before the problem occurred.
What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
Screenshots or a screen recording,
The more details you provide, the easier it is for our team to reproduce the issue and identify the cause.
What happens after I submit a report?
Web version
After submitting a bug report through the game, our team will review the information provided and investigate the issue where necessary. Please note that you will not receive a personal response to your bug report.
Mobile app
If you report a bug through our Helpdesk, your report will be handled through our standard support process. A Helpdesk consultant may contact you if additional information is needed to assist with the investigation.Thank you for helping us improve GamePoint games.
