Received the Wrong Product After Purchase?
Didn’t get what you expected?
If you believe you received the wrong product after a purchase, don’t worry—this is usually not a technical issue. In most cases, the correct item was delivered, but there may have been a misunderstanding during the purchase process.
Why this can happen?
All purchases are delivered exactly as selected at checkout. Differences usually happen when a different product was chosen than intended.
Common situations :
Here are the most frequent reasons for confusion:
Shop vs Deal/Promotion : Shop offers and special deals may look similar but can include different amounts or bonuses
Coins vs Bingo Cards : Some purchases provide coins, while others give Bingo Cards directly
VIP vs SuperVIP : These are different memberships with different benefits
Subscription duration : For example: weekly vs monthly subscriptions
Offer content misunderstanding : The full content of an offer may not always be noticed before purchase
How to check what you purchased?
Checking payments on Web :
Go to the website and make sure you are logged in
On the Home screen, click on your avatar in the upper right corner.
Select Account
Open the Transactions section
Review your completed purchases
Checking payments on Mobile (Android & iOS) :
Purchases made on mobile are processed through your device’s store:
Android (Google Play) :
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your Profile icon
Go to Payments & subscriptions
Tap Budget & history or Purchase history
iOS (App Store) :
Open Settings
Tap your name (Apple ID)
Tap Media & Purchases
Tap View Account
Tap Purchase History
You will see a list of your recent purchases. You should also receive a confirmation email from Google or Apple after each purchase.
Checking payments on Amazon:
Amazon Account:
Go to the Amazon website
Log in with your account
Go to Your Orders
Look for your Appstore or in-app purchase
You will see your order details there.
Amazon Appstore:
Open the Amazon Appstore
Go to Account or My Apps
Look for Purchase history or Transactions
Checking payments on Microsoft:
Sign in to the Order History page with your Microsoft account
Go to Payment & billing
Select the order
Choose "Order details" to view, print, or download your receipt
