Was my Payment Successful?

Not sure if your payment went through?

If you’re unsure whether your purchase was successful or if you received your items, you can easily verify this by checking your account and payment history.

Checking payments on Web :

  1. Go to the website and make sure you are logged in

  2. On the Home screen, click on your avatar in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Account

  4. Open the Transactions section

  5. Review your completed purchases

Checking payments on Mobile (Android & iOS) :

Purchases made on mobile are processed through your device’s store:

Android (Google Play) :

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your Profile icon

  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions

  4. Tap Budget & history or Purchase history

iOS (App Store) :

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your name (Apple ID)

  3. Tap Media & Purchases

  4. Tap View Account

  5. Tap Purchase History

You will see a list of your recent purchases. You should also receive a confirmation email from Google or Apple after each purchase.

Checking payments on Amazon:

Amazon Account:

  1. Go to the Amazon website

  2. Log in with your account

  3. Go to Your Orders

  4. Look for your Appstore or in-app purchase

You will see your order details there.

Amazon Appstore:

  1. Open the Amazon Appstore

  2. Go to Account or My Apps

  3. Look for Purchase history or Transactions

Checking payments on Microsoft:

  1. Sign in to the Order History page with your Microsoft account

  2. Go to Payment & billing

  3. Select the order

  4. Choose "Order details" to view, print, or download your receipt

 

How to verify if you received your purchase?

Depending on what you bought, you can check directly in-game:

  • VIP Membership : Verify if your VIP status is active in the game

  • Coins : Check your coin balance to see if it has increased

  • Bingo Cards : Look in your Bingo Card inventory

  • Boosters : provide daily rewards over time; Rewards are received daily, not all at once; Make sure to log in regularly to collect them

What to do if something is missing?

  • First, confirm that the payment was successful via your platform

  • Make sure you are logged into the correct account

If the payment is confirmed but you did not receive your purchase, please contact our support team with your payment details. Please note that providing your transaction ID / receipt will always help us assist you faster.
