The number of available video ads can vary per player. If you can only watch one video — or none at all — it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Limited availability

Video ads are provided by a third-party partner. When no ads are available for your account, the Free Coins button may temporarily disappear.

Cooldown period

After watching a video, a waiting period (cooldown) is activated. During this time, another video cannot be watched. Once the cooldown ends, a new video may become available.

Daily limit reached

There may be a maximum number of rewarded videos that can be watched within a certain timeframe. If you have already received Free Coins from multiple videos, you may need to wait before new ones become available.

Ad blocker or browser settings

If you are playing on Desktop and using an ad blocker, the video may not load. Disabling your ad blocker for GamePoint may resolve this issue.
