ou can easily control how sounds work in the game to match your preferences. Depending on your device, you can adjust volume levels or simply turn specific sounds on or off.
On Web (Desktop)
On web, you can customize your sound experience using volume sliders.
Option 1
Where to Find the Sound Settings
Once you are in-game, click on your avatar at the top left of the gaming screen.
Click Settings.
Open the Sounds section.
Available Controls
Master Volume
Adjust the overall game volume.
Sound Effects
Adjust gameplay sound effects.
Announcements
Adjust the volume of announcements and Bingo Caller sounds.
How It Works
Use the sliders to increase or decrease the volume for each sound type.
You can adjust both sound categories independently.
Example: Lower the game sounds while keeping the Bingo Caller louder.
Option 2 (Quick Access)
Click the speaker icon at the top right of the game screen.
You will directly see the three sound controls:
Master Volume
Sound Effects
Announcements
Select the sound control you want to adjust.
Move the slider to increase or decrease the volume.
This is the quickest and easiest way to manage sounds while playing on a computer.
On Mobile (iOS & Android)
On mobile devices, sound settings are managed using on/off toggles.
Where to Find the Sound Settings
Open the game on your mobile device.
Tap the three lines at the top right of the screen.
Tap Settings.
Find the following sound options:
Music
Toggles all background music throughout the app. This includes lobby theme music, game mode themes, and other background music.
Sound Effects
Toggles click sounds, daub sounds, pop-up sounds, and all other gameplay feedback audio.
Announcements
Toggles all voice announcements. This includes the Bingo Caller announcing ball numbers, win announcements, and round start/countdown voice callouts. Available in multiple localizations.
Casino Sound
Toggles all casino-related audio, including sound effects and music for casino mini-games.
Haptic
Toggles vibration and haptic feedback on the device.
How It Works
Tick or untick the boxes to enable or disable each sound type.
There are no volume sliders inside the mobile app.
You can adjust the overall sound volume using the physical volume buttons on your phone or tablet.
Important Notes
The following options are currently not available:
Changing the speed of the Bingo Caller
Changing the voice or gender of the Bingo Caller

Web
Volume can be adjusted using sliders.
Mobile
Sounds can only be turned on or off.
Individual volume levels cannot be adjusted.
Troubleshooting Sound Issues
If you do not hear any sound in the game:
Make sure sounds are enabled in the game settings.
Check that your device volume is turned on.
Verify that your phone or tablet is not in silent mode.
Refresh or restart the game.
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
