Availability and Timing
Offer availability is dynamic and may change without prior notice. Some promotions are strictly time-limited and display a countdown; once the timer ends, the offer expires and is removed. Expired promotions cannot be restored or re-enabled, and Support cannot manually reactivate them. If a deal matters to you, consider acting when you see it—there is no guarantee it will remain available later or return in the same form. When a promotion expires, it is permanently unavailable. Extensions and reactivations are not possible once the window closes.
Purchase Limits
Not all promotions behave the same way. Certain offers are single-use per account, while others can be purchased multiple times during their active window. Hitting the purchase limit removes the promotion from further availability. Promotions are not guaranteed to return, and future offers may differ in type, value, and timing, even for the same player.
