Purchased VIP instead of SuperVIP – what can I do?

If you accidentally purchased a VIP membership instead of SuperVIP, don’t worry. There are several options available depending on your situation.

VIP vs SuperVIP

VIP and SuperVIP are separate memberships, each with their own benefits and features. Purchasing one membership does not automatically grant access to the other.

What are my options?

Option 1: Upgrade to SuperVIP

You can upgrade from VIP to SuperVIP at any time through the membership section in the GamePoint Shop.

What happens when you upgrade?

  • You pay the standard price for a SuperVIP membership.

  • Any remaining days of your VIP membership are converted into SuperVIP time.

  • Your VIP membership is replaced by SuperVIP.

Please note that upgrading requires an additional payment. However, you will not lose any remaining membership time, as your VIP days will be converted and carried over.

How to upgrade

  1. Open the GamePoint Shop in the game.

  2. Go to the membership section.

  3. Select SuperVIP.

  4. Complete the purchase.

Option 2: Request a manual conversion through Support

If you prefer not to make an additional payment, you can contact Support and request a manual conversion. In this case, Support will manually convert your VIP time into SuperVIP time.

What to include in your request

  • Your username

  • Details of your purchase (date, platform, and transaction information if available)

  • A note explaining that you accidentally purchased VIP and would like it converted to SuperVIP

Option 3: Request a refund and purchase SuperVIP instead

You can request a refund for your VIP purchase and then purchase SuperVIP instead. Please note the following refund conditions:

  • You cannot cancel a paid VIP or SuperVIP membership after it has been used for some time. The exact refund period depends on your country’s regulations.

  • On average, GamePoint memberships can be refunded within one week of the purchase date, subject to a $4 administration fee.

  • After one week, memberships can no longer be refunded.

If you are still within the refund period, contact Support with your purchase details to request a refund. Once the refund has been processed, you can purchase SuperVIP.
