If you originally played GamePoint through Facebook, your Coins, Bingo Cards, Game items, and game progress are stored on the GamePoint username linked to that Facebook account.

If you can no longer access your Facebook account, you may be unable to log in to your original GamePoint username using the Login with Facebook option.

Why this happens

Many players create or log into a different GamePoint username without realizing it. When this happens, it may appear that Coins, Bingo Cards, Game items, membership or progress are missing.

In most cases, nothing has been lost. The content is still stored on the original GamePoint username that was connected to the Facebook account.

First, check whether you are using the correct GamePoint username

  1. Open the game.

  2. Click or tap your avatar.

  3. Check the GamePoint username displayed on your profile.

  4. Compare it with the username you previously used when playing through Facebook.

If the username is different, you are likely logged into a different GamePoint account.

Log in with Facebook

To access your original GamePoint username, you must log in using the same Facebook account that was originally connected to it.

If you are logged into another account:

  1. Log out of GamePoint.

  2. Go to: GamePoint, the multiplayer social gaming network

  3. Select Login with Facebook.

  4. Sign in with the Facebook account you used when playing on Facebook.

After logging in, you should regain access to your original GamePoint username, including your Coins, Bingo Cards, Game Items, Memberships, and progress.

If you no longer have access to your Facebook account

If you cannot access the Facebook account that was originally linked to your GamePoint username, you will first need to recover access to that Facebook account.
