Maintenance explanation
We schedule maintenance to keep gameplay smooth, fair, and secure. While we work to minimize downtime, brief interruptions can occur. This page explains why maintenance is necessary, how planned and emergency work differ, what you may experience if you’re in a game, and how compensation is handled when play is interrupted.
Why maintenance is required
Maintenance protects platform stability and security, fixes bugs, improves performance, and enables new features. We also deploy fixes for gameplay, Rewards, and Account functions, and we optimize load times, reduce lag, and increase room capacity and responsiveness. Feature deployments can include new game modes, events, UI improvements, localizations, and much more.
Planned vs. Emergency maintenance
Planned maintenance
Planned maintenance is announced in the News section with a start time and estimated duration. Windows are short and targeted, scheduled during low-traffic periods to minimize impact. As a window approaches, affected rooms may display an upcoming maintenance notice and become inaccessible, and you will see an in-game notification when the countdown begins. When a room enters maintenance state, it is not joinable and shows an unavailable or maintenance message.
Emergency maintenance
Emergency maintenance occurs without prior notice and is used only when urgent action is required. For example, during a live incident, a critical security patch, or severe instability. Safety and fairness are prioritized, so we act immediately to protect Accounts, data, and game integrity. Active games may be interrupted. We communicate in-game where possible and via News or status messaging as soon as we can.
What you’ll experience in-game
Before planned maintenance begins, you may notice a countdown banner and some rooms transitioning to an unavailable state. During emergency work, an in-progress game can be interrupted. After maintenance completes, you can refresh or restart the game to receive the latest updates and to see any compensation automatically applied to your Account.
Compensation for interrupted games
If maintenance interrupts a game, your entry stakes are automatically refunded within an hour after maintenance completes. Any winnings you definitively achieved before the interruption are honored and credited to your Account. Processing is mostly automatic and system-wide shortly after service is restored. You do not need to submit a ticket unless your Balance does not update after a reasonable period.
For example, if you bought into a round and had already won a horizontal bingo line before the interruption, you will receive both the refunded stake and the winnings you achieved.
If you do not see compensation after some time, refresh or restart the game. If your Balance still does not reflect the changes, contact Support.
Best practices for players
Before a planned window starts, finish active rounds or avoid starting long sessions close to the start time. Enable in-game notifications and check the News section for schedules. After downtime, refresh or restart to ensure you receive any compensation and the latest updates. If you encounter issues that appear unrelated to the maintenance window, such as local connectivity problems, outcomes may differ. Verify your connection and review News updates before contacting Support.
