Didn’t receive your purchase? We’ll help you check it.

If you made a purchase on our website but didn’t receive your Coins, VIP, Bingo Cards, or other products, first check whether the payment appears in your transaction history.

Step 1: Check your transaction history

You can find your website transactions in the Servicepoint:

  1. Click your avatar

  2. Go to Account

  3. Open the Transactions section

If your payment is listed there, the purchase was registered on your account.

Step 2: Check if the products were added

Please check the product connected to your purchase:

  • Coins: check your Coin balance

  • VIP: check your VIP status in-game

  • Bingo Cards: check your Bingo Card inventory

  • Other products: check the relevant inventory or feature

Some products may take a short moment to appear.

Step 3: Contact support

If the payment is listed but you still did not receive the products, contact support and include:

  • The date of the purchase

  • The purchased offer or product

  • The payment amount

  • Your Payment ID (this can usually be found in your bank statement, PayPal, or credit card transaction)

  • A screenshot of the transaction, if possible

Once we receive this information, we’ll check your payment and help you as quickly as possible.

Website payments can be checked directly in your Servicepoint transaction history. This helps us confirm the purchase faster.
