Didn’t receive your purchase on Android?

Didn’t receive your purchase? Don’t worry — we’re here to help.

If you made a purchase through the Google Play Store but haven’t received your Coins, VIP, or other products, it usually means the payment hasn’t been fully processed on our side yet. This can happen due to a delay between Google Play and our system.

Step 1: Check your account

Before contacting Support, please check if your purchase has already been added:

  • Coins → Check your balance

  • VIP → Check your VIP status in-game

  • Game Items or Bingo Cards → Check your inventory

Some purchases may be delivered with a short delay.

Step 2: Find your receipt (GPA order number)

If your purchase is still missing, we’ll need your GPA order number to assist you.

You can find this in your Google Play confirmation email.
It looks like this: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567

Step 3: Contact Support

Send us a message and include:

  • Your GPA order number

  • What you purchased (e.g. Coins, VIP)

  • (Optional) A screenshot of your receipt

Once we receive your information, we’ll locate your payment and make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

What happens next?

  • We verify your payment with Google Play

  • Once confirmed, we manually add your purchase if needed

  • If there was a delay, we may include a small extra as an apology
