Where can I find my Google Play receipt or GPA code?

When you make a purchase on Android, Google Play sends you a confirmation receipt. This receipt includes your order number (GPA code), which we may ask for if something goes wrong.

Option 1: Check your email (recommended)
After your purchase, Google sends a confirmation email to your Google account.

In this email, you’ll find:

  • Your purchase details

  • The amount paid

  • Your order number (GPA code)

The GPA code looks like this:
GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567

Option 2: Check your Google Play purchase history
You can also find your purchases in your Google account:

  • Go to Google Play Store

  • Tap your profile icon

  • Tap Payments & subscriptions

  • Tap Budget & history

There you’ll see a list of your purchases.

Why do we ask for the GPA code?
The GPA code is your official proof of purchase.

We use it to:

  • Locate your payment

  • Confirm it was successfully processed

  • Help you receive your products faster

  • Without a valid GPA code or receipt, we may not be able to locate your payment
