Didn’t receive your purchase? We’ll help you resolve it.
If you made a purchase through the Apple App Store but didn’t receive your Coins, VIP, or other products, the payment may not have been fully processed on our side yet.
This can sometimes happen due to delays between Apple and our system.
Step 1: Double-check your account
Before contacting Support, please check if your purchase was already added:
Coins → Check your balance
VIP → Check your VIP status in-game
Bingo Cards / Game Items→ Check your inventory
Sometimes products are delivered with a short delay.
Step 2: Find your receipt
If you still didn’t receive your purchase, we’ll need your Apple receipt to help you.
After every purchase, Apple sends a confirmation email to your Apple ID email address.
This email includes:
The purchased item
The amount paid
A transaction ID / order reference
Step 3: Contact Support
Send us a message and include:
A screenshot of your Apple receipt, or
Your transaction ID
What you purchased (Coins, VIP, etc.)
Once we receive this, we’ll locate your payment and make sure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
What happens next?
We verify your purchase with Apple
Once confirmed, we manually add your products if needed
If there was a delay, we may include a small extra as an apology
