Where can I find my Apple receipt or purchase history?

When you make a purchase on iPhone or iPad, Apple provides a receipt as proof of purchase. We may ask for this if there is an issue with your order.

Option 1: Check your email (recommended)
After your purchase, Apple sends a receipt to the email address linked to your Apple ID.

This email includes:

  • Purchase details

  • Amount paid

  • A transaction ID

Option 2: Check your purchase history on your device
You can also view your purchases directly on your iPhone or iPad:

  • Open Settings

  • Tap your name (Apple ID)

  • Tap Media & Purchases

  • Tap View Account

  • Tap Purchase History

You will see a list of your recent purchases.

Option 3: Check via the App Store

  • Open the App Store

  • Tap your profile icon

  • Tap Purchase History

Why do we ask for a receipt?
Your receipt or transaction ID is your proof of purchase.

We use it to:

  • Locate your payment

  • Confirm it was successful

  • Help you receive your products faster

  • Without a valid receipt or transaction ID, we may not be able to locate your purchase
