Where can I find my Amazon receipt or order ID?

When you make a purchase through the Amazon Appstore, Amazon records your order and provides a receipt or order ID. We may ask for this if there is an issue with your purchase.

Option 1: Check your email
After your purchase, Amazon may send a confirmation email.

This email includes:

  • Purchase details

  • Amount paid

  • Your order ID

Option 2: Check your Amazon account
You can also find your purchases in your Amazon account:

  • Go to the Amazon website

  • Log in with your account

  • Go to Your Orders

  • Look for your Appstore or in-app purchase

You will see your order details there.

Option 3: Check your Amazon Appstore
Depending on your device:

  • Open the Amazon Appstore

  • Go to Account or My Apps

  • Look for Purchase history or Transactions

Why do we ask for an order ID?
Your order ID or receipt is your proof of purchase.

We use it to:

  • Locate your payment

  • Confirm it was successful

  • Help you receive your products faster
