If you watched a video ad but didn’t receive your coins, don’t worry there are a few possible explanations.
The reward was already added
In some cases, the Coins are added automatically in the background. You may not always notice the balance update immediately. We recommend checking your Coin balance carefully before watching another ad.
The daily limit has been reached
There is a limit to the number of rewarded videos you can watch within a certain period. If you have already received rewards from multiple videos, additional views may not grant extra Coins.
The video was not fully completed
Coins are only rewarded after the video has finished and is properly closed. If the ad was skipped, refreshed, or interrupted (for example due to connection issues), the reward may not be granted.
Connection or technical interruption
You need to be online while watching and closing the video. If your internet connection briefly disconnects, the reward may not be processed correctly.
If you believe your Coins were not added correctly, please provide the following:
Your username
The device you are using (Desktop, Android, iPad, etc.)
The approximate time you watched the video
New videos are added regularly, so if one doesn’t work as expected, you can always try again later.
