Chat

Select the name of the player in chat to start a private conversation. If the player did not write anything in chat, then visit the profile button on top of the chat. Find the desired name in the list of players and then select the name to send them a private message.

Profile

Check out someone’s profile by using the Profile button. Here you can see their personal message, level, and the Club they’re currently in. Not only can you get to know more about a player, but you can also send them a friend request.

Report

Reporting unfriendly behavior is only available in private conversations. Did you receive an unfriendly message from a fellow player? If so, then please select the name of the user the Report button.

Ignore

If you don’t want to read what someone has to say in chat or want to prevent them from sending you private messages you can choose to ignore the player. Select the name and use the Ignore button and all messages sent by this player will no longer be visible to you.
