A popup notifies you as soon as a Personal Mission is completed. You can claim your reward directly from the popup or if you want to claim it later, simply navigate to your Personal Missions menu and redeem it there. Be wary though and always make sure to redeem your rewards on time because once the clock hits zero, they are gone for good!
