You can update your email address and password through your Account Settings on the GamePoint website.

Where can I find Account Settings?

On Web (Desktop)

Change your email address

  1. Go to http://www.gamepoint.com .

  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the homepage.

  3. Select Account and then Privacy & Email.

  4. Enter your new email address and save your changes.

A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Click the verification link in that email to confirm the change.

Until the new email address is verified, your current email address will remain active. Once verified, the new email address will replace the old one.

Change your password

  1. Go to http://www.gamepoint.com .

  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the homepage.

  3. Select Account and then Privacy & Email.

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Enter your new password.

  6. Re-enter your new password to confirm.

  7. Save your changes.

You will receive a notification indicating whether the password change was successful.

Forgot your password?

If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.

  1. Click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your username.

  3. Follow the instructions in the password reset email sent to your registered email address.

On Mobile (iOS & Android)

You cannot change your email address or password directly in the mobile app.

To update your account details, visit http://www.gamepoint.com and go to Account > Privacy & Email.
