The Dealer button in Poker indicates who the dealer is in each specific round. After each round the button is moved one spot in a clockwise direction to the next person sitting at the table.

The player sitting left to the dealer always has the Small Blind, which means they only have to bet half of what the Big Blind does. The Big Blind always sits left of the Small Blind.

For example: The bet is 2 Coins, so the Big Blind has to bet at least 2 Coins. Before the Big Blind places their bet, the Small Blind can bet just 1 Coin. If the Big Blind placed a bet of 2 Coins and the Small Blind wants to continue to play the round, they should raise their bet to meat the highest bet on the table (2 Coins).
