To view all the players that you have blocked, type /blocklist anywhere in the chat. This will display all the players currently on your blocked list.

To remove all players from your blocked list, use the command /unblock everyone.

Please note that you can only view your own blocked list. It is not possible to view another player's blocked list or see whether another player has blocked you.
