On Mobile (iOS and Android)

When you first launch the app or create an account, you will be asked to review and accept the Terms of Use before you can continue playing. Accepting the Terms of Use is mandatory. If you do not accept them, access to the game will not be available.

The overlay shown contains:

  • A message informing players that they must confirm their agreement before continuing.

  • A link to the Terms and Conditions, which opens in the device's mobile browser outside of the app.

  • A link to the Privacy Policy, which opens in the device's mobile browser outside of the app.

  • An Accept button that allows players to confirm and continue playing.

Once the confirmation has been completed, the overlay will no longer be shown on that device, and players can continue using the app as normal.

On Web (Desktop and Mobile Browser)

When playing through the GamePoint website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions by registering an account or by continuing to access and use our games and services. A separate acceptance screen is not shown on the website.
